I’m not from Kingston originally but Kingston is my home. I have been involved in buying and selling my own portfolio of investment properties since 1998.

Through dedication, determination and hard work I’ve gained invaluable knowledge of duplex conversions, flipping and the buying and selling of single family homes. This, along with the guidance from my mother and sister who are also Realtors, lead me to becoming a Realtor in 2022. Since then, I have retired after a 28 year career working for the Government of Canada. The most exciting part of retiring is turning my life long obsession with all things real estate into my new full time career.
