Jeff Nelles, Broker

Jeff Nelles manages the Quinte, Prince Edward County, and Northumberland area offices. He has been in real estate since 1981, first working for his father in the family-owned real estate Brokerage, Nelles Real Estate. After a sales career and learning the business of running a successful real estate company, Jeff became Broker/Owner in 1992. In 2000, he merged his company with Royal LePage® ProAlliance, and became manager of an instantly amalgamated dominant sales team. 

As Past President of the Quinte & District Real Estate Board, Jeff is able to share his love of real estate sales and vast experience with the ProAlliance sales team, supporting them through difficult transactions, providing training and mentoring or simply being a sounding board or a shoulder to lean on in a difficult situation. Jeff is always available to answer any of your real estate questions.

Kent Peirson, Broker

Kent Peirson manages the Kingston and Brockville offices. He has been in real estate since 1986, all with Royal LePage®. He was a salesperson first and was then promoted to branch manager in 2006 bringing 20 years of sales experience to the role. He is a lifelong Kingston resident, a graduate of the University of Waterloo and an avid hockey fan.
